VANTRA was born in the heart of Bali — an island that has always spoken the language of the earth: the weight of raw stone, the quiet hum of ancient ritual, the understanding that what we carry close to our skin carries us in return.

Each piece begins as a raw crystal, hand-selected by artisans in Bali who know that no two stones are alike — and neither are the intentions behind them. BALANCE. CALM. LOVE. PROTECTION. These are not just words pressed into metal. They are invitations.

We believe healing is not a destination. It is a practice — worn daily, carried gently, renewed with every breath. VANTRA is for those who seek more than beauty. For those who want their jewelry to mean something. To remind them of who they are becoming, one day at a time.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or PayPal. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

For all made-to-order pieces, delivery takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location.

If your order includes a pre-order item, delivery may take a bit longer. We only begin production after the pre-order promotion ends, this helps us create intentionally and reduce waste.

For the most accurate delivery time, check the product page (just above the “Add to Cart” button).

Please note: Delivery times don’t include possible carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or busy holiday periods.

Please note the following return guidelines:

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Mystery Boxes: All Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sets & Starter Sets: These must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns from bundled or grouped products.

Our standard return period is 30 days from the delivery date.
